We are a registered investment adviser formed as a Delaware limited liability company, operating under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the regulations and rules promulgated by the State of Illinois and providing investment advice primarily to institutional investors, including endowments, family offices, financial institutions, foundations and pension funds.  We have and will continue to design customized solutions to help our investors meet their strategic needs.  We leverage our significant prior experience as owners, operators and investors to identify unique and opportune investments.
